This year’s latest Moonswatch novelty will go on sale only when it snows in Switzerland.
Ahead of the winter holidays, Swatch has unveiled this year’s latest Moonswatch novelty. In accordance with the concept of this line, the watch was released in honor of the last full moon this year, which is called the “Cold Moon”.

The watch attracts the inversion of the usual Moonswatch color palette. Instead of a blue case with white accents in the design, there is a case made of white bioceramic with blue flecks.

You can see that the proportion of blue on the dial has decreased. This is due to the fact that the novelty removed the minute scale from aventurine and abandoned the blue edging of the counter with a small second hand. At the same time, the aventurine on the dial highlights the Moon and Earth phase indicators, plus, all the hands on the dial are also blue, and the central second hand has the same flickering effect.

The last touches of blue are visible on the white rubber strap with Velcro, which completes the look of the model.

The highlight of the novelty is the engraving in the form of a snowflake on one of the lunar disks. Each snowflake is laser-etched and has a unique design.
The watch will go on sale on December 4 and will be available until March 20. There is a special symbolism in this, since in some countries March 20 is considered the last day of winter. But that’s not all the tricks of the new Swatch release. The main feature of the new product is that after the launch on the 4th, the watch will arrive in stores only when it snows in Switzerland. Moreover, such a strange condition has been put forward for all countries.

It is suggested to follow the weather forecast on swatch.com . The estimated cost of the new product is $450.
