Breitling Chronomat 36 and 32 mm

The Breitling Chronomat line was re-released in April last year. The company has launched a number of new models in an updated design. The new items have the features of vintage watches and at the same time are more modern than the standard Chronomat line. At the time of launch, the new Chronomat collection consisted of a range of 42mm chronometers with a chronograph function. Breitling has announced that it will release two smaller models with a time and date display, the Chronomat 36 mm and 32 mm. Breitling positions them as a women’s watch.

Modern women prefer accurate and beautiful mechanical watches. Sizes 36 and 32 mm are perfect for a delicate female wrist. The color range of the dials is quite restrained, but diverse. In addition to the classic white and silver, there are light green, eggshell colors, golden and blue.

There will also be plenty to choose from to suit your taste of the case and bracelet material. The elegant and elegant Breitling Chronomat models are available in stainless steel, 18k rose gold, or two-tone models combining both metals. The finish of the bracelet includes glossy and matte links, which gives a certain charm to the watch.

Traditionally, Breitling offers a wide variety of diamond finishes, from the most modest models without precious stones to bright and sparkling diamonds in the places of hour markers and bezels. There are also models with 11 white diamonds on the dial, duplicating the hour markers except for the 6 o’clock position, since the date aperture is located there. It is worth noting that the date function is expressed in a monochrome background with the dial, that is, there is no sharp color difference between the functional zones of the watch face.

A total of ten new 36mm models have been released. Each novelty is equipped with an automatic mechanism, the Breitling B10 caliber, which was created on the basis of the ETA 2892. The movement is certified as a COSC chronometer. The price for larger models ranges from $4,860 to $25,650.

New items with a diameter of 32 mm are equipped with a Breitling 11 Superquartz mechanism with thermal compensation, and prices for models range from 3,800 to 20,500 dollars. The exact case dimensions for the new models are 36 x 10.01 mm and 32 x 8.54 mm.

Breitling has a long and well-deserved reputation as a manufacturer of watches and chronographs for technical aviation, but in recent years there has been a small gap in its collections in terms of smaller watches suitable for everyday wear.

Chronomat watches with time and date function perfectly complement the collection. Breitling’s 36mm color-dial models are very popular with fans of the brand due to their reasonable price, and using the ETA Calibre with chronometer accuracy means that maintenance of these watches will be easier and more affordable in the future.

All new watches are available in the brand’s online store and at Breitling outlets, with the exception of pure gold models, which are sold only in boutiques.
