Breitling Premier Bentley Centenary Limited-Edition

The partnership between Bentley and Breitling is nothing new. Bentley turned to the watch brand to design watches for its upcoming Continental GT, and since then the two companies have created quite a few incredible models together. The Breitling Premier Bentley Centenary Limited Edition watch was designed to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Bentley Motors. The novelty features a traditional style integrated into the modern look of the watch.

The Breitling Premier Bentley Centenary Limited Edition watch is a limited edition chronograph in a 42 x 13.6 mm case. The watch case is made of 18k rose gold or stainless steel. The gold version will be released in the amount of 200 copies, the steel version – 1000 pieces.

Both models have the same design, a dial with two chronograph accumulators and a date aperture at 6 o’clock. A tachymeter scale is applied in white around the Breitling dial. The watch face is unique. It is made of brown elm. Wood adds depth to the composition, and the pattern of each dial is unique due to the natural origin of the material.

The new Breitling Calibre 01 is used with a chronometer certificate and a 70-hour power reserve. The movement can be seen through the transparent back cover, which is engraved with the Bentley logo, as well as the number of watches in the series.

A plaque with the inscription “Bentley” is attached to the left side of the case. It is borrowed from the dashboard of a vintage Bentley “Blower” car from 1929. The 18k rose gold version of the watch will be presented on a brown leather strap with stitching inspired by the interior of cars. The stainless steel version will be available either on a stainless steel bracelet or on the same brown leather strap as the 18k rose gold watch.

The Breitling Premier Bentley Centenary Limited-Edition is not the first model to have a wooden dial. However, in the performance of Breitling, this is one of the best examples.
