Swiss manufacturer Ulysse Nardin has created just such a type of diving watch, and the new Ulysse Nardin Diver Atoll watch is a limited edition of 100 pieces with a diamond-studded bezel and a chrysocolla dial that resembles sun-drenched beaches and tropical waters.

Made of brushed and polished stainless steel (80% of the material is recycled), the new Ulysse Nardin Diver Atoll watch is based on the smallest model from the Diver collection, and its case has a diameter of 39 mm and a thickness of 11 mm. Like its counterparts, the Diver Atoll features a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal above the dial, surrounded by a unidirectional rotating bezel. Instead of the standard elapsed time scale, the Diver Atoll bezel has only numbers with a 15-minute interval, and the rest of its surface is decorated with 40 round-cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.8 carats.

The UN-816 caliber installed on the new Diver Atoll has an anchor and trigger wheel made of silicon for high travel accuracy and resistance to a magnetic field.

Like other models from the Diver collection, the new Ulysse Nardin Diver Atoll watch is available with two strap options – a white rubber strap (8163-182B1LE-9A-ATOLL/3A) or a white alligator leather strap (8163-182B1LE-9A-ATOLL/1A).
