Bulgari Divas Dream Peacock

The majestic peacock is depicted on three new Divas from Bulgari, combining artistic crafts, jewelry and watch complications. The peacock’s image conveys attractiveness and charm. Its regal splendor is a symbol of luxury. The bird also symbolizes fertility and immortality, repeatedly appearing in the ethnic group in countless guises for more than four thousand years.

Bulgari places the peacock image in the center of the dial of the new Divas model, presented in three versions. The brand has created a sensual watch with its own character, inspired by the mosaics of the thermal baths of Caracalla, which also depict peacocks.

The first version with an aventurine dial symbolizes the night. It displays the peacock in all its glorious grandeur. The hand-painted cloisonne enamel is reminiscent of precious Roman mosaics, which perfectly match the blue aventurine. It takes 20 hours for the master to complete this exquisite and precise work, as well as 14 different colors of paint. The case with a diameter of 37 mm is made of 18k white gold, the bezel and the case ears are decorated with white diamonds. A blue sapphire cabochon is mounted on the crown of the watch. The new model is equipped with a dark blue alligator leather strap.

The second model is presented in an 18k rose gold case. The peacock is majestically depicted on the white mother-of-pearl dial under the stars of white diamonds. The 37mm case is also equipped with a blue alligator leather strap. Each of these two watches is decorated with a total of 135 white diamonds. In both versions, the watch is equipped with an automatic BVL 191 movement with an indication of hours, minutes and seconds. The power reserve is 42 hours.

The third novelty is based on a manual winding mechanism with a tourbillon function. The BVL 208 calibre has a 64-hour power reserve, with hours and minutes displayed on the dial. The mechanism is intricately skeletonized. A peacock is depicted on its background. The watch is encrusted with white diamonds. The jewelry is visible through the sapphire crystal. The novelty is available in a limited edition of 50 pieces and comes with an elegant blue alligator leather strap with an 18k rose gold clasp.
