Hublot in hand-painted concrete buildings

Hublot has introduced limited edition models of Big Bang Meca-10 Street Art. The presentation took place at the Miami Beach EDITION hotel, and the new items themselves would perfectly fit into the atmosphere of a Miami nightclub.

The watch received a case of 44 x 15.3 mm. Inside is a hand–wound Meca-10 movement, outside is a composition in the style of Jackson Pollock paintings. The housings are made of composite concrete, which is hand-painted with splashes of UV-reactive paint.

The purple-green model is called “Magic City”, the bright pink watch with blue flecks is called “Vice”, the model with a combination of blue and gray colors is “Big Water”, and the yellow–orange-green version with barely noticeable notes of pink is the “Sunshine” model.

The middle part of the case is made of tinted sapphire, which gives a good overview of the mechanism with a 10-day power reserve. The street art design is supported by rubber straps equipped with folding fasteners made of titanium and ceramic.

All models from this four are released in numbered series of 10 copies. The estimated cost of the watch is $57,500.
