A fresh novelty 100 days before the official start of the Olympic Games in Italy.

In February 2026, 90 years after its debut, the Swiss watch brand Omega will continue to play the role of the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games. According to a long-standing tradition, the company produces a series of special watches in honor of each Olympiad, and this year was no exception. We are talking about the new Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026 model.
The watch is presented in a fully polished 38 x 14.75 mm case and almost 45 mm from ear to ear. The steel bezel is decorated with a blue ceramic insert, on which a tachymeter scale is applied in white enamel. The white lacquered dial has a matte effect of a light blue surface, inspired by the official Olympic Games logo. In the date window at the 6 o’clock mark, you can see that the number “26” is highlighted in a special font.

You may also notice that the chronograph counters on the dial are not oval, like the standard Speedmaster 38 models, but round. The hour markers and all the hands on the dial are blue. The central second hand of the chronograph falls slightly out of this scheme: it was beaten with a spectacular gradient from bluish-white to blue colors. The back cover is decorated with the embossed logo of the Olympic Games Milano Cortina 2026.
The Omega 3330 caliber is installed inside the watch. This ETA-certified chronometer movement is equipped with an Omega coaxial trigger, a column wheel, a silicon balance spiral and a power reserve of 52 hours. The water resistance of the watch is 100 meters, not 50 meters, as, for example, with traditional Moonwatch models. Other differences from the iconic Moonwatch include a slightly different design of the chronograph buttons with a “step” at the end.

The novelty’s clasp is equipped with an adjustment mechanism, which allows you to add a 2 mm length to the bracelet in the warmer months. The watch comes in a special commemorative package and is not a limited edition. The estimated cost of the model is €6,700 (including 21% VAT) or $6,800 (excluding taxes).
