The new RM 19-02 Tourbillon Fleur watch imitates nature in the most refined manner. No one can dispute the importance of Swiss fine watchmaking as it is known today. The Richard Mille manufactory, in its new RM 19-02 Tourbillon Fleur model, decided to express the very essence of life using mechanical means.

RM 19-02 Tourbillon Fleur embodies the traditions of watchmaking through vivid expression, which is characteristic of the vision of Richard Mille. A special flower, a magnolia, was chosen to create this watch. It has existed on earth for tens of thousands of years and blossoms in an endless cycle of births and rebirths. The refined appearance of the magnolia stands in stark contrast to its strong organic structure and resistance to difficult conditions.

In the lower left corner of the dial on RM 19-02, a magnolia is visible, which surrounds the descent of the soaring tourbillon with five delicate, hand-crafted colored petals. By pressing the button at the 9 o’clock level, the magnolia opens and closes. The flower doesn’t just open, completely exposing the entire floating tourbillon. The stone in the form of a stamen in the center moves up by 1 mm, thereby accurately copying the natural movement of the flower.

This unique Tourbillon Caliber, made of Grade 5 titanium, has a complex mechanism that includes 5 levers and surrounds the lower lobes. At the same time, another system combined with a long gear is used to raise the soaring tourbillon and stamens upward within the circumference of the flower. All these mechanical processes are carried out when energy is supplied using a separate second drum. Speaking of attention to the smallest details, it should be noted that it is even possible to adjust the opening and closing of the cycle. The RM 19-02 Tourbillon Fleur is limited to 30 copies worldwide.
