Richard Mille RM 61-01 Monochrome Edition

A less colorful, but nevertheless still very attractive version of the Richard Mille RM 61-01, also known as the Jamaican Super Sprinter watch. The body of the RM 61-01 Yohan Blake Monochrome is made of black ceramic TZP-N, the crown is made of carbon fiber using NTPT® technology – both materials were previously used by the Mille manufactory. White floating bridges, carbon crown, strap and bottom flange create a monochrome aesthetic.

The skeletonized mechanism of the RMUL2 model is the same, with a 55-hour power reserve, made of grade 5 titanium with PVD and Titalyt® coating, with a balanced frequency of 4 Hz. Sports applications were taken into account when developing the model, so the Richard Mille watch is intentionally equipped with exceptional impact resistance and the RM 61-01 version was pre-tested, exposed to an impact equal to 5000 G.
