Multi-colored dials
On the new versions of Oyster Perpetual watches, the dial background consists of multi‑colored balls of different shapes with black borders and combines bright glossy colors that appeared in the range in 2020: pink candy, turquoise, yellow, red coral and green.
Oystersteel steel
The new versions of Oyster Perpetual watches are made of Oystersteel steel, a unique metal created exclusively for Rolex and giving the watch a magnificent shine. Oystersteel steel belongs to the 904L family of steel alloys, which are widely used in the field of high technology, in particular, in the space and chemical industries. In terms of excellent anti-corrosion properties, they can only be compared with precious metals.

Calibres 2232 and 3230
The Oyster Perpetual 31 has a caliber of 2232, while the Oyster Perpetual 36 and Oyster Perpetual 41 have a caliber of 3230. Both calibres, fully developed and manufactured by Rolex, were first introduced and installed on the aforementioned models in 2020. They have incorporated many innovative solutions developed by the company, including the highly effective shockproof Paraflex system.
The 2232 caliber, equipped with a Syloxi spiral and a paramagnetic anchor wheel made of nickel and phosphorus alloy, guarantees a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. As for the 3230 caliber, it is equipped with a blue Parachrom spiral and a Chronergy movement stroke, providing a power reserve of up to 70 hours.
Oyster bracelet
The new versions of the Oyster Perpetual 31, Oyster Perpetual 36 and Oyster Perpetual 41 watches are equipped with an Oyster bracelet. Released in the late 1930s, this three‑link bracelet is highly durable and remains one of the most common in the Oyster Perpetual collection. The Oyster bracelet of the new versions of the watch is equipped with an Oysterclasp safety clasp with a folding buckle that prevents any accidental unbuttoning. It has a fast Easylink extension link, another development by Rolex, which allows you to extend the bracelet by about 5 mm.
