Beauty is timeless if it’s done right. The Historiques 222 revives the legendary watch, which has become a symbol of its era and an important milestone in the history of Vacheron Constantin. Welcome to a world where the smallest details matter the most.

RETURN OF THE LEGEND

For vintage watch collectors, the number 222 is not just a set of numbers: it’s about the legendary model, released in 1977 on the occasion of the 222nd anniversary of the House. Its striking design was a turning point in Vacheron Constantin’s stylistic evolution in the field of elegant sports watches. At the intersection of sport and luxury: this watch combines athletic aesthetics with timeless elegance with energetic lines and sharp edges. The Historiques 222 is a modern interpretation of the 1970s Jumbo model.

MODERN INTERPRETATION

The search for aesthetics and perfection manifested itself in every detail of this modern version. The 37mm case features an elegant gold dial with straight hour markers and luminous stick-shaped hands. The case, decorated with an emblem in the shape of the Maltese Cross at the 5 o’clock position, has a skeletonized back cover, revealing its own new-generation 2455/2 caliber with a rotor, the design of which was rethought specifically for this model. Thus, we have an elegant sports watch with optimal running accuracy and a finish level that is not inferior to the original iconic model.

PATRIMONY SELF-WINDING SINGLE COLOR AND COUNTLESS SHADES

The fascinating, intriguing play of light can poetically color our worldview. Immerse yourself in the captivating radiance of precious stones illuminating the intricate world of beauty.

NEW EMBLEMATIC COLOR GRADATION

The new Patrimony self-winding model, inspired by the elegant version from the 1950s, enchants with its femininity. The Patrimony collection, characterized by its timeless, elegant, minimalist silhouette, features dark blue and delicate pink dials filled with light.

STYLISH MINIMALISM

The presence of two versions of the precious design says a lot about how carefully every detail of this watch is worked out, presented in white and rose gold versions. Reflecting a minimalist approach to luxury, the exquisite radiance of 72 round-cut diamonds highlights either the bezel or the minute scale itself.

TRADITIONNELLE, AN ULTRA-THIN MODEL WITH A PERPETUAL CALENDAR FROM SHIMMERING DARKNESS TO RAINBOW IRIDESCENCE

The premiere of a new female model is always an event, and even more so when it comes to a collection that continues the tradition of Geneva Fine watchmaking. Take a look into a world where aesthetics are as impeccable as technology, and where the search for perfection can be traced in every detail.

ATTRACTIVE COMPLEXITY OF MECHANICS

This Classic Ladies Traditionnelle model, combining femininity and technology, meets the wishes of the fair sex, who appreciate sophisticated mechanical watches. Even the smallest details hidden from the eyes are imbued with the desire for perfection. This ultra-thin watch has its own 1120 Q calibre with a perpetual calendar, which will not require any adjustments until the year 2100. The harmonious display is complemented by an elegant moon phase indicator at 6 o’clock.

IMPRESSIVE AESTHETICS

Enjoy the rare beauty of the mother–of-pearl dial – gray-blue in the white gold version and white in the rose gold version.  A unique example of the architecture of the beautiful, which reflected the attention to every detail peculiar to the House. For reasons of visual harmony, the Moon phase indicator disc is designed in the same color as the dial, and the moon and stars have the same golden hue as the case. The elegant finishing touch is made up of 77 delightful round–cut diamonds adorning the delicate bezel, ears and crown.

OVERSEAS, SKELETONIZED MODELS OF BEAUTY, OPEN TO THE EYE.

The spirit of wandering, embodied in the Overseas collection, will lure you into the world of the intricate mechanics of time. We invite you to take a look inside the watch and get acquainted with its fascinating “anatomy”.

EMBLEMATIC TOURBILLON

The sapphire dial reveals the excellent mechanisms of the new Overseas Tourbillon Skeleton models. The tourbillon, one of the most emblematic complications of High Watchmaking, has now appeared in a skeletonized version and in the Overseas collection. Especially for this purpose, the 2160 manufacturing caliber was reinterpreted in the spirit of a modern approach to skeletonization. The legendary model is offered in an 18K 5N rose gold version and, for the first time, in a Grade 5 titanium version.

THOUGHTFUL AND RELIABLE

Beauty lies in every detail of the new Overseas Tourbillon Skeleton model. This reliable tourbillon-style watch with a power reserve of more than three days is designed for indefatigable travelers and adventurers.   The mechanism has a number of new features, including a wind-up drum at the “1 o’clock” position, skeletonized to fit the shape of a wind rose. The hands and hour markers are made of precious metals, which are coated with a luminescent coating for better readability at night.

FULLY SKELETONIZED AND ULTRA-THIN

Take a look into the heart of the Overseas ultrathin perpetual calendar watch, presented in 18K 5N rose gold with a blue dial. Skeletonization is a very complex technique that only a few masters can master. Carelessness is absolutely unacceptable here, even when it comes to details that are hidden from view. The perpetual calendar device can be viewed from both sides of the case with a thickness of only 8.1 mm – a real achievement, the technical and innovative nature of which was highly appreciated at the Geneva Grand Prix of Watchmaking in 2020.

ROCKET SCIENCE IS NOT SUCH A COMPLICATED THING. BUT HERE’S WHAT’S REALLY DIFFICULT.

Discover a world where time is tamed. Continuing the technical and aesthetic search, where every detail is important, the Vacheron Constantin House still adheres to the elegant approach that has earned it a well-deserved reputation in the field of watch complications.

VIRTUOSO WATCH CLASSICS

Check out the new version of the Traditionnelle chronograph with perpetual calendar: this masterpiece has excellent attention to every detail. Equipped with its own hand-wound 1142 QP movement, this model is characterized by an exclusive orange–yellow dial and platinum case, a tribute to the great traditions of classical watchmaking. On the moon phase indicator embedded in the date pointer, the smiling and melancholic moons alternate. The highly visible white gold hands indicate the current time, while the blued steel hands display the date and chronograph readings.

THE WORLD OF WATCHMAKING

Our hearts beat to the rhythm of the new Les Cabinotiers Minute Repeater Tourbillon Split-Seconds Monopusher Chronograph. This unique tourbillon model, created in a single copy, combines two of the most complex watch functions: a minute repeater and a single-button split chronograph. A rare combination of functions is controlled by the new proprietary caliber 2757 with manual winding.  In addition to the highest technical complexity, this amazing watch impresses with the excellent readability of the dial with three counters.

LES CABINOTIERS – LES ROYAUMES AQUATIQUES THE KINGDOM OF CREATORS AND CREATIONS

An unknown world inhabited by strange inhabitants: the sea has always attracted and inspired creative people. Our Les Cabinotiers division, specializing in the highest category of complications, expresses its admiration for the underwater world in the thematic collection Les Royaumes Aquatiques® (“Sea Kingdoms”). Immerse yourself in the depths of the seven seas and the myths associated with them.

GHOSTLY PHENOMENON

This model with a minute repeater and tourbillon Les Cabinotiers – Flying Dutchman (“The Flying Dutchman”), released in a single copy, is inspired by the famous story of the doomed captain. Its dial is decorated with an image of a ghost ship rushing through a storm on raging waves. It is made in the technique of enamel miniature and enamel grisaille. The 2755 TMR manufacturing mechanism, designed and manufactured in-house, is equipped with a one-minute tourbillon and a minute repeater. During the manufacture of these watches, which lasted two months, their dial was fired in an oven more than ten times.

FOLLOWING THE TURTLE

The ocean depths are a world of constant movement of light and shadows. This enchanting play of light is reproduced on the dial of the Les Cabinotiers Grisaille – Turtle (“Turtle”) watch, made in a single copy, through the image of a green turtle swimming in the depths. The fascinating underwater scene was created through the use of two rare techniques: enamel miniature and enamel grisaille.  Designed and manufactured by Vacheron Constantin, the 2460 SC automatic movement is mounted in a 40mm 18k white gold case with a hinged back cover.

ON A PASTURE OF ALGAE AND SEAGRASS

The image of the outlandish inhabitant of the depths on this Les Cabinotiers – Sea Horse tourbillon jewelry watch is made using four techniques at once: guilloche, engraving, artistic enamel and gemstone decoration.  This model, made in a single copy, is a true masterpiece of miniaturization. By artfully depicting a seahorse in its natural habitat, Vacheron Constantin expresses his admiration for the beauty of the underwater world with this watch. To create the illusion of depth, the bezel is decorated with sapphires with subtle color gradation. The 18 carat 5N rose gold case has its own 2160 caliber. This tourbillon mechanism is characterized by a low thickness despite the presence of an automatic winding system.
