Hublot Big Bang Unico Water Blue Sapphire

A sapphire the color of a sea wave or the color of the ocean resembles transparent tropical waters and seems to invite you to relax on an emotional journey. The turquoise case with a diameter of 44 mm supports a bezel of the same color, a transparent rubber strap and a set of hands with hour indexes to match. As with most modern Big Bang models, the hands and indexes are placed on a skeletonized dial.

The watch is powered by the MHUB1280 calibre, the first Hublot manufactured calibre from the Unico series. Assembled from 354 parts, the movement is an integrated self-winding chronograph equipped with a column wheel. The bi-directional winding system allows this movement to accumulate a power reserve of up to 72 hours. To set off the light turquoise of the case, the mechanism is designed in a minimalistic gray color.

The Hublot Big Bang Unico Water Blue Sapphire is limited to 50 copies. The estimated cost of the model is $138,000 or €143,000.
