Among the many releases presented by Hublot this year, there is a new version of Spirit Of Big Bang with a tourbillon. At its core, this latest release represents a new limited color range for the existing model, which can be found in the brand’s catalog, although the key detail that distinguishes the new Hublot Spirit Of Big Bang Tourbillon 5-Day Power Reserve Carbon Orange watches from their counterparts is their bright orange color, and they also differ in case. barrel-shaped, made of orange forged carbon fiber.

The new Carbon Orange 2024 model is one of the carbon fiber versions, and its body components feature asymmetrical swirls of bright orange, which are achieved by combining carbon fiber with orange microgloss fibers during the material’s manufacturing process.
The case of the new Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon 5-Day Power Reserve Carbon Orange watch has a diameter of 42 mm, a thickness of 13.25 mm, as well as a curved sapphire crystal above the dial, a crown at 3 o’clock and a transparent back cover. The water resistance of the new Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon Orange watch is 30 meters. The watch is supplied on a strap with the Hublot One-Click replacement system. The orange and black rubber strap is complemented by a folding clasp made of black titanium and ceramic.

Like other Hublot skeletonized watches, the new Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon Orange abandons the traditional dial in order to demonstrate the mechanics of the movement and maximize the open space inside the case. The layout is identical to that found on other models from the collection equipped with a tourbillon. The two scales for time and power reserve are displayed in a bright shade of orange, and the Hublot logo on the underside of the glass is printed in orange to match the watch’s design. The five-day power reserve is represented by the smaller of the two orange registers, while the time is displayed by a pair of partially skeletonized hands against the background of a larger off-center track, which is partially cut off by the 60-second tourbillon, which is located at 6 o’clock.
The new Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon 5-Day Power Reserve Carbon Orange uses a manual-wound HUB6020 movement that operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz) and has a power reserve of about 115 hours. Apart from the 60-second tourbillon and a fairly long power reserve, the most notable feature of the 25-stone Hublot HUB6020 is its open structure, which is created by suspending various components with thin linear bridges inside the open body cavity.

The cost of the Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Tourbillon 5-Day Power Reserve Carbon Orange 645.QO.4710.RX is USD 105,000. The watch is available in a limited edition of 50 copies.
