A novelty with a beautiful combination of titanium case and ruby red dial.
Vacheron Constantin has added a model to the Overseas collection in a titanium case with a rich red dial.
The company started using titanium in the Overseas collection back in 2009. Back then, it was only about the individual components of the watch. In 2019, titanium was used in a special watch created in partnership with photographer and researcher Corey Richards. In 2022, the skeletonized tourbillon model, fully presented in titanium, was released in the Vacheron Constantin sports line. Two years later, the collection was expanded with another titanium tourbillon, this time with a beautiful blue dial.

The finish of the dial, the “sun rays” in the center and the lacquer coating on the inner bezel, emphasize the aesthetics of the tourbillon. The bracelet is polished on the edge links, vertical satin finish is made in the upper part of the case. On the bezel, the profile of which resembles a Maltese cross, you can see sandblasting and circular satin finish. With a diameter of 42.5 mm, the case thickness is 10.39 mm.

An ultra-thin automatic caliber 2160 is installed inside the case. With a diameter of 31 mm, it is 5.65 mm thick. The winding mechanism is two-sided, it is carried out by a peripheral rotor with an insert made of 916 gold. This design, on the one hand, allows you to free up the view of the mechanism, on the other hand, it makes it possible to integrate the rotor flush with the bridges, which means making the watch thinner.

The mechanism consists of 188 parts, the balance spiral with the Breguet terminal curve oscillates at a frequency of 2.5 Hz. The power reserve is 80 hours. The mechanism is finished in accordance with the criteria of the Geneva stamp. Here, you can highlight pearl-grained platinum, handmade collage, bridges with Geneva waves, as well as polished screws with beveled edges.

In addition to the integrated titanium bracelet with an adjustable folding clasp, the watch comes with 2 rubber straps in white and red colors. Both are equipped with a folding titanium clasp that can be removed without special tools.
The watch is only available in Vacheron Constantin boutiques. The estimated cost of the model is 170,000 euros.
